Stamptoberfest on 2 peas in a bucket.com has begun! This is a week long celebration of cardmaking; and to mark Saturday, October 4th, World Cardmaking Day! I created this card for Dawn's "Use These Three Things" Challenge. She asked that we use a stamped image, patterned paper and ribbon on our card. This also fits Thanh's Think Pink challenge in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Thanh challenges us to create a card or any project using pink as the primary color.
I always had this Sugar Nellie "Sweet n Sassy" image in mind when I discovered this patterned paper by My Mind's Eye. The "Hugs and Kisses" ribbon completes the challenge. I colored the image with COPIC markers; and added bead spacers and crocheted flowers to bring more dimension to the card. Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Stamptoberfest, everyone!
