Spooooky Mice!

This week, Hobby Lobby is having an awesome sale on rubber, acrylic and foam stamps by Stampabilities. I could NOT pass up this stamp set with cute little House Mouse mice dressed in a variety of Halloween costumes. My favorite is the mouse dressed up as a lobster. LOL! There are four other mouse stamps that I want to play with, but I thought I'd start with these four cuties, today. I did some "masking" and I colored the images with COPIC markers. The "Happy Halloween" sentiment is by Inkadinkado.
How are you doing with your Halloween cards? Are you making any this year? If you're not from the United States, what celebrations are you going to mark in September - November? Please share with me. I did not celebrate Halloween until I moved to the United States in 1984. It was very strange to see children show up at my house dressed in costume. As a matter of fact, the first time I'd ever seen "Halloween costumes" was in the movie ET. LOL! Thanks for stopping by, today, and don't forget to post a comment for my Blog Candy Giveaway for this week.

Hi Ethel.... here in scotland my girls of 8 & 4 still go out Guising! That's dressing up and saying a poem. And they get goodie bags for the neighbours.....monkey nuts, an apple, and some sweets. Last year and this year, my daughter Cerys's friend Ryan has his birthday party that day too..... he is a hallowe'en baby, so they have loads of fun before guising, with lots of messy games. Other celebrations this November is my 40th birthday!!!! and my youngest daughters (Jorja) 5th birthday.... so I'm just trying to get into the mood for doing party invitations... she's having 2 partie... A pool Party for family & Friends, and a joint party ( another in her class is 5 the next day) so about 30-35 invitations to be made!!!!!!!

Have a great Hallowe'en when it comes

CUTE! I LOVE House Mouse AND Halloween, so what could be better. You have done an awesome job with this card, love the sentiment too!
I love Halloween---not so much the actual trick-or-treating, but more the colors, the fun the kids have, memories of my own childhood, stuff like that. Just a fun time. It makes me laugh.

These little mice are adorable Ethel. I love that you made them into a scene. We always celebrated Halloween by trick or treating with a few parties thrown in here and there. It's not my favorite, but my son loves it so much, that I've grown to like it better. I don't like the scary stuff. I made a ton of Halloween cards and shipped them off to cards for heroes.
